Former Randox Grand National winner I Am Maximus heads the weights for the 2026 edition of the Aintree showpiece – ahead of last year’s victor Nick Rockett.

I Am Maximus, who carried the top weight in 2025 (11st 12lb) when he finished second, has been allocated the same for this year’s race. The Willie Mullins-trained gelding carried 11st 6lb when he won in 2024.
