A seven-year-old mare, who has never rolled a pole in international competition, was the sparkling headline at the Science Supplements Bolesworth Elite A-List Auction (9 July).

One Diamond, a 16.1hh mare, by Diarado, out of Balido I mare Rubinija, was knocked down for £190,000 following a fierce bidding war.
