From five-year-old Eva Tierney winning her first trophy and seven-year-old Mia Byrne tackling a cross-country course, to Billy Grigson, 10, and his incredible jumping pose — we are sure these gutsy young riders will be stars of the future!
And what a lot of fun one can have riding as a child, we loved the picture of Lily Pullein, eight, with pony Mabaroan Tinkerbelle — her grin from ear-to-ear says it all.

Rachael joined Horse & Hound in 2014, initially as a digital sub editor then became part of the news team as a writer in 2015.
