Hunter trial in Scotland
Date: 15 October
Venue: Kinnaird Cross-Country, Fife
Details: “Classes from 2′ and under to 3′, including adult and junior sections, plus pairs and an outside assistance class. The competition will run over an extended track rather than the usual training course and it should be an inviting course, ideal for nearing the end of the season.”

Team chase and hunter trials in Dorset
Date: 23 October
Venue: RAC Saddle Club, Wareham
Details: “Classes from 60cm to 1m, including individual, paris and team chase classes. All hunter trials classes are qualifiers for the Horseware national hunter trials series final. There is a military section in all classes.”
Hunter trial in Lincolnshire
Date: 30 October
Venue: White House Farm Equestrian, Lincoln
Details: “Classes from 50cm to 1m including pairs classes and qualifiers for the Horseware national hunter trials series final.”
Arena cross-country
Date: 6 November
Venue: Resparveth Riding School, Truro
Details: “Classes from 60cm to 1m. The competition will consist of a showjumping round in the indoor school followed immediately by the timed cross-country section in the outdoor school.”
Arena one-day event
Date: 19 November
Venue: Port Royal EEC, Yorkshire
Details: “This one-day event, run under BE rules, encompasses dressage in one all-weather arena plus a large showjumping and cross-country course in another all-weather arena. Competitors can take part in the one-day event as a whole or try arena showcross instead which includes just the showjumping and cross-country or simply compete in just the dressage. Classes from 70cm to 1m.”
Unaffiliated arena eventing in Essex
Date: 20 November
Venue: Finchingfield Equestrian Centre, Braintree
Details: “Classes from 75cm to 1m including horse and pony sections.”
