Add structure to your rides with this simple transition exercise you can do anywhere
- Decide how many steps you are going to ride in each pace
- For example: trot 20 strides, walk 10 strides, trot 20 strides, walk 10 strides
- Once that's easy, try transitions within the gait instead, like working trot to medium trot
