Beaufort Embryo Transfer to host open day


  • Beaufort Embryo Transfer, in Gloucestershire will be opening the doors of its new purpose-built equine reproduction facility and semen collection centre on Sunday 30 October from 10am.

    Visitors will be able to view the centre, which is now Europe’s largest up-to-date embryo transfer centre and listen to talks on embryo transfer and breeding. Several well-known sport horse stallions will also be available for viewing.

    It is also anticipated that Badminton winner Headley Britannia will be at the centre with her embryo transfer foal and its recipient mare.

    Beaufort Embryo Transfer is between Westonbirt and Easton Grey and will be signposted off the A433 Tetbury to Bath road.
