If you fancy doing a bit of showjumping practice in a competition environment but without any of the pressure, take a look at these clear round events you need to enter this week
Clear round special
Date: 15 December
Venue: Moulton College Equestrian Centre, Northamptonshire
Details: “Held in half of our indoor arena. Various heights available, starting at 6pm.”
Clear round in Dorset
Date: 15 December
Venue: Kingston Maurward College, Dorchester

Mini clear round
Date: 15 December
Venue: Leamside Equestrian, Durham
Details: “Clear round runs from 5.30-7pm at 50cm. Refreshments available. £8 per round.”
Friday night clear round
Date: 16 December
Venue: Milton Equestrian Centre, Worksop
Details: “6-6.30pm clear round at 60cm. Rosettes to all clear rounds. Each competitor will be allowed two minutes in the ring.”
British Showjumping clear round
Date: 21 December
Venue: Keysoe, Bedfordshire
Details: “Clear round starts at 8.30am before affiliated classes commence. £7 per round.”
Evening clear round
Date: 22 December
Venue: Grove Farm Equestrian, near Steventon
Details: “From 4pm. Any height available from poles on the ground to the top of the wings. £5 per round or £15 with assistance from Mark Smith. Rosette for each clear round.”
Clear round in Devon
Date: 30 December
Venue: Mullacott Event Centre, Ilfracombe
Details: “Clear round from 9.30-10.30 am. £4 per round or three rounds for £10.”
Clear round in the north
Date: 2 Januray
Venue: Beaver Hall, Leek
Details: “Clear round from 9.30-11 am. £3 per round or £4 per round to include a rosette if you jump clear.”
Evening clear round in Norfolk
Date: 3 Januray
Venue: Forest Edge Arena, Swaffham
Details: “Clear round from 5.30-6pm. £7 per round. Held in the indoor arena which also has a cafe.”
