It will be four months before Tim Stockdale receives news of whether Fresh Direct Parcival (pictured) will make a full recovery from the stifle problem that put him out of contention for Britain’s European Championship show jumping team.
“Vets have given him a 20% chance of returning to competition,” says Tim, who is competing on the county circuit.
His string includes a new ride, the Belgian-bred Ruccoline. This big liver chestnut joined Tim a week ago.
“He’s got a huge jump, but he’s a little unruly at the moment,” says Tim.
