Hickstead seeks new sponsor for its Derby

Hickstead is seeking a sponsor for its Derby, as Carpetright has terminated its sponsorship after two years.

“We would like to thank Carpetright Plc for its invaluable support over the past two years,” said Hickstead’s Daisy Bunn.

“It is a very exciting time for showjumping in this country and we very much look forward to welcoming a new sponsor to Hickstead.”

A spokesman for Carpetright said founder Lord Harris will remain “very much involved in the sport as an owner”.
