New eventing front light boots from Kentucky Horsewear
Kentucky Horsewear has launched new “eventing front light boots” to combine “state of the art leg protection” with a new lightweight design.
“An updated version of the brand’s racing boot, these boots are a economy version of the Kentucky Eventing Boot, but they still offer exceptional shock absorbing qualities and intelligent design with the emphasis on minimum weight with great protection,” said a spokesman for Kentucky.
The boots are made from a high performance material called D3O, which offers shock absorption and protection on impact.
D3O is patented technology, which has long been used within protective clothing and footwear, including motorcycling clothing.
The lightweight boots also feature a laminated outer, which offers breathable, all-weather protection.
The tendon boots feature a reinforced polyethylene guard at the tendon and at the front of the leg, with super strength Velcro straps.
The boots come in full size only, in brown and cost £86.50.
