H&H readers have just a few more days to send in stories, pictures and videos for a chance to appear in our second reader issue on 19 December. We will be giving away free subscriptions to H&H for the best contributions.

Tracie Lavelle featured in the beating the odds section last year after fighting recurring breast cancer to event her Welsh cob, Jazz.
“Hopefully my story encouraged others in similar situations to carry on fighting and never sit back and give up,” said Tracie, who was among those we selected for an “at home” photo shoot. “I love looking back at the pictures and still treasure my copy of H&H.”
