Seven horses put down and three rescued in welfare raid: others remain on property

Eleven animalsseven horses, a goat and three dogs — have been put down after being found at a property in Hertfordshire last week (14-15 October).

A further three horses, 40 dogs and a cat were removed by the RSPCA and put into the charity’s care by the police.
