New National Equine Welfare Council website

The National Equine Welfare Council (NEWC) has updated its website to include horses available for rehoming and jobs as well as welfare news and information and events.

NEWC chairman Nic de Brauwere said the move reflected the increasingly challenging times equine charities are facing.
