The bursary is an amazing opportunity designed to offer support and tuition to one determined event rider. Having identified your goals for the season the Saracen Horse Feeds’ team of brand ambassadors and senior nutritionist will work with you to achieve them.

We are looking for a horse and rider combination. We can only accept one application per rider and only one horse can be used for the bursary.
The rider must be registered with British Eventing at the time of application, but the horse doesn’t need to be.
The winner will be selected from a shortlist by Saracen brand ambassador Francis Whittington, Saracen senior nutritionist Lizzie Drury and Saracen marketing manager Liz Reid.

What we’re looking for
Applicants must be able to identify and communicate their objectives for the forthcoming season and be prepared to work bhard to achieve them. There must be a commitment to liaising with the brand ambassadors and Saracen nutritionist and to take on the Saracen feed programme.
Finally, the applicant needs to be happy to have all training sessions filmed and photographed to be used by H&H and Saracen in features and promotional material.
What the bursary winner will receive
➤ A cross-country clinic session with four-star eventer Francis Whittington
➤ A dressage training session with Spencer Wilton
➤ A showjumping training session with Laura Renwick
➤ An on-site nutritional assessment, plus ongoing support and advice from Saracen Horse Feeds’ senior nutritionist, Lizzie Drury MSc RNutr
➤ A tailored diet plan and eight months of free feed from Saracen
PLUS Two runners-up will receive a visit from a Saracen nutritionist and one month’s worth of free feed.
