Could trailer ‘MOT’s’ become law?


  • With the price of keeping horses already rising and budgets being squeezed horse owners could be about to be hit with another expense.

    It is already compulsory for all cars and lorries to undergo annual testing — with an average car MOT costing £54.85 plus VAT. But under the new plans trailer owners would also have to fork out for a test on their trailer.
