Hickstead Premier League dressage


  • Korenbloem Sandman with Gareth Hughes and Donnerman, ridden by Markus Gribbe, headed their sections of the intermediaire I with 73.63% and 72.38% respectively at Hickstead Premier League.

    Sandman also won the prix st georges (PSG) the previous day on 73.5%. Gareth took another PSG with Lynda Baxter’s Ramazotti on 71.63%.

    Sarah Pidgley turned in her best advanced medium performance to date on Limited Edition to win the class on 71.52%.

    Keeping his cool, Richard Barrett recorded his first grand prix win on Alcatraz with 68.19%, ahead of Carol Parsons and Giddy.

    Pippa Hutton, 13, and Lady Anne Evans’s Amadeus showed the way in the junior team test, scoring 67% to steal first place from European team members Melissa Beer and Celestial King and Pippa’s brother, Charlie, on Abira.
