This year’s Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) (4-8 October 2023) at Birmingham’s NEC, features top-class showjumping, showing, dressage, driving and an array of equestrian displays. If you can’t attend in person, here’s how to watch HOYS on TV.

How to watch HOYS on TV

Currently there are no plans to broadcast HOYS on any terrestrial TV channels in the UK.

What’s available to watch at HOYS?
HOYS welcomes some 1,600 horses and ponies, 1,500 competitors, and is a true spectacle for all things horsey.
Showjumping fans can look forward to the popular puissance and top international and national championship classes, as well as the prestigious leading showjumper of the year. For dressage divas, British riders will showcase their up-and-coming grand prix horses in the future elite championship. And the showing world will compete for prestigious national titles across the full range of horse types and breeds.
There’s also lots of shopping to be done and some great displays to marvel at, as well as the crowd-pleasing scurry driving and the Pony Club mounted games at HOYS for the Prince Philip Cup.
