Show jumper Cian O’Connor has been named as Ireland’s official non-travelling Olympic reserve. Cian, who won individual gold at Athens in 2004 and was then stripped of his title after a doping offence, will ride the 11-year-old Complete.
Denis Lynch is Ireland’s sole representative in the show jumping competition at the Games.
