British showjumping teams announced for Nations Cups

The riders who will represent Great Britain at the first Nations Cup of the 2012 promotional league season, at Lummen on (3-6 May), and at the opener to the top level competition, La Baule (10-13 May), have been announced.
The team for La Baule is:
- Nick Skelton with Big Star, owned by Beverley Widdowson
- Ben Maher with Tripple X III, owned by Ben and the Quainton Stud
- Peter Charles with Murka’s Vindicat W, owned by Olga White and Tara Charles
- Scott Brash with Intertoy Z, owned by his father, Stanley Brash
- And Guy Williams with Depardieu Van’t Keizeilhof, owned by Lindsay DoranAnd at Lummen:
- Robert Whitaker with USA Today, an 11-year-old bay stallion owned by Mandy Hall.
- Tina Fletcher with Ursula XII, an 11-year-old bay mare owned jointly owned by Lady Kirkham and Lady Harris.
- Will Funnell with Billy Angelo, the 9-year-old chestnut gelding owned by Julie Slade.
- And John Whitaker with Maximillian, an 11-year-old chestnut stallion owned by Clare WhitakerThe team for Lummen is sponsored by Champion.
