How to walk the World Equestrian Games XC course

Eventing fans hoping to walk the course at the World Equestrian Games (WEG) will need to plan their visit to Le Pin National Stud — where the cross-country phase will take place on Saturday 30 August — carefully as the public will only be allowed access to it at specific times.

Your course-walking slot will depend on the ticket you hold. The times are:

  • Between 2.30-7.30pm on Thursday 28 August for ticket holders to Thursday’s eventing dressage
  • Between 5-7.30pm on Thursday 28 August for ticket holders to Saturday’s cross-country
  • Between 2.30-5.30pm on Friday 29 August for ticket holders to Friday’s eventing dressage

Visitors will need to arrive at the course at the correct time with their dressage or cross-country admission ticket.

Tickets for Saturday’s cross-country are still available and cost €34 (with a 50% discount for children under 12), visit: www.normandy2014.com
