Opportunity for Pony Club members to help at London 2012


  • The Pony Club has teamed up with the organisers of the 2012 Olympic Games, LOCOG, to offer 48 Pony Club members the chance to steward, on foot, at next year’s Olympics.

    Eight team leaders and 40 Young Games Makers (YGMs) are needed to man the road crossing points of the Olympic cross-country course.

    All applicants need to have attained their B test. YGMs must to be aged 16-18 and YGM team leaders over 18.

    Applications must be returned to the Pony Club office not later than 24 October and can be downloaded from www.pcuk.org/index.php/london_2012
