New bridleway opens in Worcestershire to keep riders safe

  • A new 1km section of bridleway between the Worcestershire villages of Drakes Broughton and Stoulton will link existing bridleways and allow riders to avoid busy roads.

The new bridleway has been opened is thanks to Wychavon District Council and landowner Linda Robinson, who is also current council chairman.

It passes through open fields and around Stoulton Community Woodland, which was planted to commemorate the millennium.

Linda Robinson said: “I’m so pleased to support this important link in the bridleway network.

“This new section will provide a safe and hugely enjoyable alternative to the busy roads.”
