Take a ‘selfie’ with your horse for charity

Why pose with a celebrity when you can have some fun with your best friend — your horse — and raise money for charity at the same time?

H&H has teamed up with our charity of the year Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad (SPANA) to help raise funds and spread some equine love with the launch of the “#stableselfie”.

It’s simple — take a selfie with your horse, post it on social media and text “stable” to 70500 to make a £3 donation to SPANA. 

SPANA’s director of veterinary programmes Dr Andy Stringer said: “We hope to see as many H&H readers as possible taking part in the stable selfie fun! 

“The money raised will help our vets provide vital treatment for sick and injured horses, donkeys and mules in some of the world’s poorest countries, as well as run community development programmes to help people better care for their animals.”
