Laura and Mark Tomlinson welcome their first born
Laura Tomlinson has given birth to her first child — a girl called Annalisa.
The Olympic gold medallist announced that she was expecting her first child in January with her husband international polo player Mark.
The couple got married in the Swiss skiing resort of Arosa last Spring (2 March) just months after Laura secured team gold and individual bronze at the London Olympics.
Laura has not competed since last September, but Mark has kept up his polo commitments and played in the semi-finals of the Gold Cup yesterday (16 July).
