Alex Hua Tian to jump in Gucci Paris Masters charity competition
Eventer Alex Hua Tian is to take part in a “style and competition” pairs event at the Gucci Paris Masters this weekend.
Alex will compete in the event, which takes place on Saturday (1 December) night. It will be aired live on the Equidia channel at 7.15pm UK time.
The Chinese event rider has been paired with American showjumper Jessica Springsteen, and he will be riding a borrowed showjumping horse for the class.
The competition raises money for the World Association of Children’s Friends (AMADE) whose president is Princess Caroline of Monaco.
Her daughter Charlotte Casiraghi will also be riding in the competition.
British showjumpers Ben Maher, Michael Whitaker, Nick Skelton, Laura Renwick will be competing in the five-star classes at the show. For updates check Horse & Hound online.
