Rowallan Activity Centre for sale at reduced price

Rowallan Activity Centre is back on the market at £1.25million — a significant drop from the previous price of £2m.

The competition centre in Fenwick, Ayrshire, is being remarketed after a sale fell through. Competitions have continued at the venue since it went into administration in June last year.

As well as equestrian facilities, Rowallan has a restaurant, shops and planning consent for a hotel and leisure complex.
