Equestrian equipment to be auctioned off
Large quantities of equestrian equipment, clothing and footwear will be auctioned next week [Tuesday 4 June] near Manchester, after a wholesaler went into administration.
Belstane Marketing Ltd, which is part of Derbyshire-based equestrian supplier Belstane Ltd, went into administration on 27 March due to problems with its fishing division.
The sale — held by auctioneers Robson Kay at Baguley, Manchester — will include bits, numnahs, grooming bags and riding boots.
Despite the sale, managing director Monty Stuart-Monteith told H&H: “Belstane Ltd is strong and thriving and the equestrian division will not be affected.”
