Farewell to former joint-master John Blakeway

Former joint-master of the Croome and Belvoir hunts John Blakeway died unexpectedly on Sunday 31 July, aged 86.

During his long life with horses, he also rode numerous point-to-point winners, field mastered the Belvoir, was chairman of the British Showjumping Association and served on its executive committee.
