Tattersalls International Horse Trials will run in 2013
Despite fears Tattersalls International Horse Trials is to again run next year.
Earlier this year H&H reported the event was under threat due to lack of funding.
But last week Roger Caseymade of Tattersalls Ireland said: “We are delighted to announce that we have received the minimum level of financial support required to allow us to continue in 2013. This is thanks mainly to a commitment received from a private donor.”
However he added it was “disappointing” a “sustainable funding mechanism” could not be agreed with Horse Sport Ireland to secure the “long term future” of the event.
