When is Amazon Prime Day 2026?

The Amazon Prime sales event is running 23–26 June 2026. These deals will be exclusive to Amazon Prime customers, so join Amazon Prime to take full advantage of the event

    What is Amazon Prime Day?

Amazon Prime Day is Amazon’s biggest sale event of the year. Think Black Friday deals, but only exclusive to Amazon Prime customers. In essence, you must join Amazon Prime to take full advantage of the event.

Prime Day originally started in 2015 as a celebration of Amazon’s 20th anniversary. It was created to encourage people to spend outside of the October–December holiday season and to “offer a volume of deals greater than Black Friday”. Since then, it has become one of the biggest sales in the global shopping calendar, with many other large retailers – particularly in the US – launching promotions of their own to take advantage of the huge online audience around Prime Day.

Amazon now run a number of deals events throughout the year in addition to Amazon Prime Day, most recently including the Amazon Spring Deals and Amazon Big Deals events.

How long will Amazon Prime Day deals last?

Technically, all pricing should return to their pre-sale values after the event ends on Friday 26 June. However, there’s nothing to say that current deals might come offline before the event finishes – and we often find this to be the case. If you’re serious about bagging a bargain, we recommend snapping up your deals as soon as they land, especially if it’s a popular item!

We’re monitoring the deals we’ve found several times a day, so you can be sure the Amazon Prime Day deals for equestrians on this page are live – as soon as we notice they’re not, we’ll take them off to save you time. Likewise, if they come back, we’ll add them straight in.

How we bring you the best Amazon Prime Day deals for equestrians

We’ve been covering the sales for years now, so we know where to look for the best deals and what makes a really good one. Ahead of and throughout the event, we will be regularly updating this page with the very best deals for equestrians – it’ll be a one-stop shop so you don’t have to spend your valuable and limited time trawling through them all.

While ChatGPT might be able to find you some products on sale, AI has never owned a horse and does not test products or search for deals for a living (yes, that’s my day job!), so you can trust that when we recommend something, it’s actually worth it. I’m here along with fellow horse owners and bargain hunters Georgia Guerin and Bethany Stone to do the hard work for you.

The best Amazon Prime Day deals for equestrians usually include popular tech items, such as the best stable cameras and the best riding hat cameras – but we always find other items, such as solar lights or portable fans that will make your life as a horse owner much easier. And if you’ve got Christmas gifts to buy, we’ve thought of that too, with plenty of playsets and hobby horses aimed at the young equestrian.

Tips for finding the best deals

    1. Use a free trial to shop the sale

If you think about it, Prime members are spending £8.99/$14.99 a month to shop during Amazon Prime Day. The idea of paying to shop a sale may seem a bit odd but considering the amazing prices on offer and the delivery savings you’ll make throughout the year, it’s a small price to pay. However, if you’re a new Prime user, sign up to Prime before the event and you can shop the sale for free with the free one month trial.

    2. Shop with an Amazon Gift Card

If you have an Amazon Gift Card that you haven’t used yet, why not use it on Prime Day?

    3. Price check everything

This is one of the most important things to do when shopping in sales events. Price checking on Amazon is quite easy – we use CamelCamelCamel, which is a website that price checks millions of items sold on Amazon. The website tracks price lows, so if the item you’re researching was cheaper at previously, you’ll be able to see the price difference. You’ll also easily be able to see whether this is the lowest price ever. Wherever possible, we try to do this for you and the live widgets that we use in our buying guides will compare the current best prices.

    4. Watch out for dodgy reviews

Fake reviews are something to be aware of. Amazon has removed a lot of them but there are so many that it’s not possible to get them all. I recommend keeping your eyes out for reviews that seem a bit questionable.

    5. Bag some early deals

Amazon has deals running every single day so if you’re in desperate need of anything new, you can find some cheap prices on the Amazon Daily Deals page.
