Take part in 2014 Burghley Horse Trials sponsored ride
Have you always dreamed of riding around Burghley?
The Burghley sponsored ride will take place on Sunday 7 September over a 12km track on the famous horse trials course.
Riders will have the chance to get up close to some of Burghley’s iconic fences such as the Dairy Mound and Trout Hatchery — without jumping them.
Alex Mundy was one of more than 300 people who took part in the ride in 2011.
She said: “We thoroughly enjoyed it as a family, and [my sons] came away more enthused than ever about riding, eventing and Burghley.”
The ride is open to anyone aged five years and upwards and there is a minimum donation of £30.
It is sponsored by South Essex Insurance Brokers (SEIB) and all money raised will be donated to local and equine charities which will be announced in due course.
