Our reviewer really liked this exercise sheet despite the fact it wasn't very easy to clean

I was sent a full size exercise sheet. I have used this sheet on thoroughbreds ranging from 16.1hh to 17hh. It is rather a snug fit on a lightly built 17hh so I would recommend purchasing the extra full for chunky horses over 16.2hh.

The sheet gives good all round visibility as it comes with a hi viz breast girth attachment. The intended way to wear the sheet is over the saddle with the stirrups poked through. I chose to put the sheet under the saddle flap as I find extra material between my legs and the saddle annoying and slippery.

All the fastenings were good quality Velcro and the reflective parts showed up very brightly in lights. The added extra is a red tail light with three different settings, slow flash, fast flash and static on. The button is really easy to use as long as you remember to press it before you mount. Admittedly I have had to dismount a couple of times.

It performed well in windy weather as it is mesh like thus it doesn’t billow. It is lightweight enough to wear in hot weather and also dries quickly when used in rain.

The only drawback I found was that it has to be wiped clean. Like all good horse wear you can’t just throw it in the washing machine.

    Verdict

A good quality exercise sheet complete with a light, but not very easy to clean
