The French showjumping team for the London 2012 Olympics has been named as:
- Simon Delestre riding Napoli de Ry
- Olivier Guillon riding Lord de Theiz ©
- Penelope Leprevost riding either Mylord Carthago HN or Topinambour
- Kevin Staut riding Silvana HDC
The first reserve will be Roger-Yves Bost with Nippon d’Elle, while Eugenie Angot with Old Chap Tame and Jerome Hurel with Ohm de Ponthual are second reserves.
It is understood that Patrice Delaveau was in the shake up for a team place until his ride Orient Express HDC sustained an injury.
