New chair at British Horseracing Authority

  • Racing’s governing body, the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), has appointed a new chairman.

    Steve Harman will take over from Paul Roy in July.

    Mr Harman, 56, is currently vice president of Shell and has been a racehorse owner for more than 20 years.
