Swish launch new heavyweight turnout rug
Swish Equestrian has a new heavyweight rug on the market – the Ultimate Heavyweight 360g turnout rug.
“This is the second new heavyweight rug we have introduced for the 2011/2012 season,” said Vanessa Paver from Swish Equestrian.
“We have modified last year’s design and one of the main enhancements is the neck lining design. There’s no binding or join across the neck, to help stop the mane rubbing, we know that this can be a problem with turnout rugs that feature integral necks – and it’s not much fun trying to plait a horse when part of his mane is missing!”
The rug has a 360g filling, a 1,200 denier waterproof and breathable outer, double chest straps, low cross surcingles, an extra large tail flap and removable/adjustable leg straps.
“This rug is available from 5’3″-7’6″, so we feel we can comfortably accommodate most sizes of horse. We have had some great comments from owners of big, broad horses, as we’ve provided them with an affordable way to clothe their horse,” added Ms Paver.
The rug comes in red/black and costs145.99, but is currently available for £89.99.
