Quantum saddle to be featured on The Gadget Show
The new Quantam saddle will be test-ridden today (30 January) in the first episode of the new series of The Gadget Show.
The show, which features all the latest in consumer technogolgy and gadgets will feature the new saddle designed by SemourPowell (H&H Asks, 18 December 08).
Presenter Suzi Perry, who took part in TV’s Only Fools On Horses series with Tim Stockdale in 2006, can be seen trying out the saddle during the programme.
A spokesman said: “Suzi donned her riding gear and took trusty steed Marilyn Monroe for a gallop around a park near the studios in Birmingham — much to the delight of an on-looking crowd. All Suzi was worried about was remembering what Tim had told her — and she was delighted with the saddle, giving it a “double thumber!”
The Quantum saddle — which took 10 years of development, testing and £1million investment — is available to buy this month.
The Quantum Saddle is fully adjustable and the seat is independent from the chassis so can be made to fit the rider.
The Gadget Show is on at 8pm on Channel 5.
