Investigate the impact of nutrition on horse health and well-being

  • The impact of nutrition on equine health and welfare will be explored in a three-day workshop at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester (21-23 September).

The fifth European Workshop on Equine Nutrition is open to everyone involved in the care of horses and will include research from some of the most eminent European scientists in the field.

“To maintain good health and optimum performance the horse requires much more than just the correct levels of nutrients,” said a spokesman for the event.

“The packaging and form in which the horse receives these nutrients plays an important role for both the horse’s body and mind.”
