Farewell to side saddle judge Diane Holt


  • Respected side saddle judge Diane Holt died suddenly on 17 January at the age of 56.

    She had suffered complications arising from liver disease.

    Diane competed successfully at the highest level, qualifying for Horse of the Year Show and the Royal International many times, before focusing on judging.

    She is survived by her husband Geoffrey, son Christopher and daughter Philippa, 21, a showing rider.
