Cheval Libert © UK urges customers to check trailer floors

  • Cheval Libert © UK is asking customers to check their trailer floors after “an exceptionally low number” of vehicles developed rotten floors.

The warning follows an H&H report about the same problem with the floors of some Robinsons Requisite trailers (pictured).

Both brands are made at the same factory in Poland and company bosses blame a batch of timber used in both more than two years ago.

Arwel Davies of Cheval Libert © UK told H&H: “We urge customers to check their [wooden] trailer floors or take it to their local dealership to be checked.”

He said the company would replace rotten floors with another wooden floor or customers may pay for an upgrade to an aluminium floor.
