Trilanco reclaims trade supplier title at BETA International
The British Equestrian Trade Association’s (BETA) “Trade Supplier of the Year” award was given to Lancashire-based equestrian wholesaler Trilanco, for the second year running.
The company received the award — which is sponsored by Blacks Solicitors — at BETA’s business awards held on 17 February near Birmingham.
It is given to a manufacturer, distributor or wholesaler that offers the best delivery, customer service and product knowledge.
“Their customer service is second to none,” said a judge. “They keep you informed of stock availability, delivery is excellent and they send out monthly emails and a newsletter to keep their customers informed of special offers and prices.”
Martin Balmer from Trilanco added: “When our name was read out, we were thrilled.
“But we know that we wouldn’t have won or even been nominated without our customers, so we’d like to thank everyone who voted for us.”
Herefordshire-based Shires Equestrian Products was the runner-up.
