Suzannah Woolley, a teacher from Pennsylvania, Herefordshire qualified for HOYS with her own Rhiewbank Promise at Addington.
She bought 8-year-old Promise from a cattle farmer 18 months ago and she had been totally untouched. Suzannah broke Promise in and she is now doing dressage, riding club, showing and hacking out. “Promise can be quite spooky and anxious and I did wonder whether to bother going to Addington. “I am totally overwhelmed with our result — it is the closest that I have ever come to crying on my horse,” said an emotional Suzannah. |
