The Winter Dressage Championships offer talented amateur riders through to Britain’s elite professionals the chance to compete for numerous titles from prelim level through to inter I, as well as hosting the popular Petplan Equine Area Festival Championships.

The 2022 NAF Five Star Winter Dressage Championships will take place at Hartpury University & Hartpury College, Glos, from 13 to 17 April.

Combinations across the levels have gained tickets to compete at the championships via winter regional qualifiers at gold and silver level, held throughout February and March, with a number of wildcards also allocated following the conclusion of the qualifiers.

This year sees a return to the usual scheduling of the Winter Dressage Championships, which were postponed from April to July in both 2020 and 2021 as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The championships will also feature the popular shopping village, hosting a variety of equine brands.

Horse & Hound’s reporters will be on site throughout the 2022 show to bring you all the latest action. This will include daily class reports, including interviews with the winners at every level from prelim to inter I, plus features and expert analysis, as well as coverage of the Petplan Equine Area Festival Championships. Full reports from the championships will also feature in the 21 April issue of the magazine.
