Paralympics Dressage
Rio 2016 Paralympics dressage
The Rio Paralympics dressage competition takes place over six days (11-16 September) with the horse inspection the day before competition starts on 10 September. All combinations, whether they are competing for a team or as an individual, will perform three tests: a team test, held on the first two days of competition (11-13 September); an individual championship test (13-15 September), and a freestyle test to music, which will take place on 16 September. Team medals are awarded on 16 September.

But the international competition has got much closer in recent championships and every British rider is going to need to perform at their best in Rio if Britain is to stay on top.
Horse & Hound’s accredited Paralympics reporter Polly Bryant will be on the ground at the Deodoro Equestrian Centre keeping us up to date with all the action from the Paralympic dressage competition.
