Win super prizes with Blue Chip
Blue Chip is searching for the country’s most deserving showing, show jumping, eventing and dressage competitors to take part in its “Chance of a Lifetime” sponsorship competition.
The feed manufacturer has teamed up with CAM Equestrian, Cliff Barnsby, British Equestrian Insurance Brokers (BEIB) and Equiport Equestrian Supplies for the competition, which offers fantastic prizes to all who qualify.
The overall champion, selected from thefour section winners, will receive a Cliff Barnsby Saddle, an £250 CAM Equestrian voucher and a Blue Chip rug.
Each section winner (showing, show jumping, eventing and dressage) will win one year’s supply of Blue Chip Feed Balancer, a show jacketfrom Equiport Equestrian supplies, a Cliff Barnsby Bridle, a Blue Chip rug and clothing, a 12 month subscription to Horse & Hound and insurance cover from BEIB.
Second placed riders will receive a four month supply of Blue Chip and a pair of half chaps from Equiport Equestrian Supplies, as well as a £50 voucher from CAM, a sack of Blue Chip Dynamic, and Blue Chip clothing, which will be given to all qualifiers.
The preliminary judging will be done via the competitor’s CV and photographs. Six finalists from each discipline will then attend a gala evening at Solihull Riding Club in October where a panel of judges, expected to include Kyra Kyrklund, Chris Bartle, Di Lampard and Robert Walker, will mark each rider’s personality and individual display.
To enter the competition send a detailed CV with photographs of the horse you intend to ride in the competition. Explain which section you are entering and why you would like to win. All entries must enclose a large SAE to be valid. Closing date is 31 August 2001.
