Britain’s driving squad for WEG has been announced
WEG driving squad
Britain’s best-known driver, George Bowman, will lead the horse driving trials team following his victory inthe final selection event at Henbury Hall, Cheshire, at the weekend.
His team-mates will be current British national champion Barry Capstick and newcomer Dick Lane, winner at Hopetoun and Sandringham this year.
Leading lady driver Karen Bassett will represent Britain as an individual and will be reserve for the team.
