Wear your wellies for World Horse Welfare
Horse lovers are being urged to wear their wellies to raise money for equines in need this week.
Wear Your Wellies Wednesday, run by World Horse Welfare, is now in its second year and will be held on Wednesday 7 October.
Wellies can be worn to work school or college for a donation to the charity.
“This is a really fun and easy way to help horses and we would love as many people as possible to wear their wellies this year,” said Louise Laing, supporter fundraising supervisor.
“We suggest a minimum donation of just £1 per person and your event can take place on any day — not just 7 October — and if you register with us, we will send you sponsorship forms, posters and stickers.”
