New Equilibra all-in-one feed balancer on the market
A new all-in-one feed balancer has been released on to the market.
Equilibria 500 + Omega 3 replaces Equilibria 500 and now comes in a bigger 20kg bag. The previous product was sold in 16kg bags.
The manufacturers say the balancer is suitable for all equines, regardless of age, size or workload.
It contains non-GM soya and hemp oil high in omega 3.
Stephen Tucker of GWF Nutrition said: “The importance of providing the correct balance of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fats in the diet of the horse has been greatly underestimated.
“It is now known that Omega 3 fatty acids are essential for health, fertility and maintaining freedom of movement in all disciplines.
“The whole feed balancer market has become very complicated. All equines digest their feed in the same way and if the formulation is right, one product in this sector is all that is required.
