Meet the Redwings horses at a Christmas open weekend
Redwings Horse Sanctuary is to welcome the public next month for its Christmas open weekend.
Horse lovers can visit the Norfolk headquarters of the charity on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 December from 10am to 3pm.
Entry is free and the public can meet the horses, ponies and donkeys homed at the 350-acre site in Hapton.
There will be displays, demos from the rehabilitation team and tours of the site.
“This is a chance to show people what we have been doing,” said chief executive Lynn Cutress. “Many thousands of people support our work and as we are entirely funded by public donation it’s important to us to be able to say thank you.”
