A group of working beach donkeys are to be sponsored by HorseHage.
Nuttall’s Beach Donkeys, run by John Nuttall, offer traditional donkey rides along the beaches of several seaside resorts near Skegness, Lincs.
The family has won many awards for high standards of care and welfare over the years and has been operating a beach donkey business since the First World War.
“We are very happy to be able to offer support to this excellent group of working donkeys, and it is heartening to know that standards are so high. Hopefully this will continue, allowing children to enjoy this very traditional part of a seaside visit for many years to come,” said Chris Tar of HorseHage.
