Farewell to endurance chef d’equipe

  • Brenda Campbell, former endurance ride organiser and chef d’equipe, died on
10 December following a heart attack.

Ms Campbell was a long-time supporter of the discipline, helping to organise the first World Championships for young riders and acting as crew for Valerie Cooper, then later her own daughter Larissa and Claire Brown.

She was also chef d’equipe for two European Championships and had been an active member of the Endurance GB board.
